Round 03 Choice Filling – Important Instructions

1. Candidates whose names are included in the Round 03 Merit List are eligible to participate in the Round 03 Choice Filling process.
2. It is mandatory for all eligible candidates to pay the Online Counselling Fee for Round 03.
3. Candidates who have already paid the Security Deposit during Round 01 or Round 02 are not required to pay the Security Deposit again for Round 03, provided they have not been allotted a seat in any previous round.
4. The Security Deposit will be forfeited if the candidate does not take admission after seat allotment in Round 02 or any subsequent round of counselling.
5. The Security Deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation of admission due to furnishing of incorrect or false information at the time of registration or failure to produce the required original certificates/documents at the time of admission.
6. After completing the payment process, candidates are required to add/select their desired choices.
7. Candidates must arrange the selected choices in their order of preference before submitting the Choice Form.
